How I work
I’m straightforward, energetic and human. No jargon, no complicated frameworks, no consultant-speak. I listen, ask good questions and bring years of experience to help you see what matters.
You’ll often hear me encourage you and your team to “say the thing” – that question or concern sitting in the room unspoken. It’s liberating when you realise the answers are in the room already. Then we work together from a place of clarity and courage to make things happen.

I spent 8 years as CEO of a sector-leading, award-winning youth health charity, chaired cross-sector coalitions in the UK and internationally and am an experienced Trustee.
I understand charity leadership and governance from all the seats at the table. I’ve sat in them.
I’ve led culture-change, managed complex coalitions where power-sharing delivered greater impact, developed sector-leading fundraising partnerships and navigated everything from transformation, to going viral, from pandemics to the cost-of-living crisis.
I bring leadership experience and insights from the frontline, not the side-lines and will help you tackle the challenges & make the most of the opportunities you are facing.
